Program Staff
Our staff leads the day-to-day operations of the Klal Impact Fellowship, working closely with a network of organizations, facilitators, and mentors to create a meaningful and impactful experience for every fellow.
Dassi Shtern
Director
Dassi brings over 20 years of extensive leadership experience across Jewish communal nonprofit spaces. Most recently, Dassi served as the Director of Special Education and Segula for the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland. Additionally, she sits on the Cleveland Yachad Board and is a founding Board Chair of Chaviva High School, helping to shape its mission and institutional foundation from the ground up. Dassi holds a master’s degree in educational administration and is passionate about making an impact on Jewish communal growth.

Rivki Wosner
Admissions and Placement Coordinator

Rivki works closely with prospective fellows, partner organizations, and mentors to advance the Klal Impact Fellowship’s mission of developing talented and committed Jewish nonprofit professionals. She also serves as Director of Job Placement at PCS / Agudath Israel, where she oversees job placements and provides career guidance, utilizing career assessment tools to help individuals make informed and meaningful career choices. Prior to her work in workforce development, she served as Vice President at a healthcare company, gaining extensive experience in leadership, operations, and strategic planning. She is passionate about developing talent and strengthening the future leadership of the Jewish nonprofit community.
Rus Yaffa Gottlieb
Administrative Coordinator
Rus Yaffa serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Klal Impact Fellowship (KIF), where she works closely with fellows, faculty, and program leadership to create a meaningful and seamless Fellowship experience. Rus Yaffa holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture and is passionate about helping develop the next generation of nonprofit professionals.
