The nonprofit sector is growing and needs talented professionals. Many people are deeply committed to serving the klal, but haven’t seen nonprofit work as a viable path. The Klal Impact Fellowship bridges this gap by providing internships at recognized nonprofits and expert-led professional development, facilitating entry to a rewarding career.
Rooted in Torah values and built in collaboration with community partners, Klal Impact Fellowship is reimagining workforce development for the Jewish nonprofit world.
10 month program
Approximately 10 hours per week
of career-focused online coursework
Internships at Jewish nonprofits
Up to 30 hours per week
Three In-person convenings
(2-2.5 days each)
Mentorship
