Klal Impact Fellowship is a 10-month fellowship designed to immerse participants in the nonprofit world while providing structured, high-quality training.

Up to 30 hours/week at a designated nonprofit partner

Professional Development

Approximately 10 hours/week of online coursework

In-Person Convenings

3 sessions per year (2-2.5 days each)

Mentorship

Each fellow is paired with a mentor for guidance

Learning Approach

Coursework is generally project/problem/case-based and collaborative. Fellows apply their learning to their internship settings, deepening understanding and facilitating retention and automaticity.

Coursework Topics Include

Symposia

Fellows participate in leadership sessions with nonprofit executives, gaining exposure to real-world decision-making and leadership dynamics.
