At Klal Impact Fellowship, Fellows grow through both structured learning and immersive Jewish nonprofit work experience.
Internships
Each Fellow is placed in a nonprofit that aligns with their interests and goals. Interns work on high-impact projects while being coached by organizational supervisors and Klal Impact Fellowship mentors.
Outcomes
Upon completion of the program, Fellows may segue into full-time positions at their internship host organizations, entering the nonprofit sector with stronger skill sets and competitive starting salaries.
